You track with GSPro.
Now change your game.

Your GSPro range sessions already hold the answer — every shot measured, same bay, same conditions, and most golfers just hit the next one. AVA reads the same session data and hands you the two or three things costing you the most, so a winter in the bay adds up to something instead of disappearing.

AVA INTELLIGENCE

One GSPro session in. Your gapping cost you more than your strike did. A 6-yard hole between the 7 and 8-iron leaves 17 yards below it that nothing covers.

GSPRO + AVA GOLF

Turn your GSPro sessions into lower scores

A sim winter is real practice, if you keep the data

Four months of range work in GSPro is more measured golf than most players hit outdoors all year. Every shot has a number attached and the conditions are identical from November to March, which makes it the cleanest block of practice data you will ever generate.

Almost all of it gets thrown away. The session ends, the numbers scroll off the screen, and in April the only thing that survives is a vague sense that you struck it well over the winter.

AVA keeps it. Every range session is read for gapping, dispersion and strike, filed next to your other practice, and folded into your trends, so the winter becomes evidence instead of a feeling.

What a bay session measures honestly, and what it cannot

A sim bay is honest about strike and gapping: one ball, one mat, no wind, full commitment on every swing. Carry ladders and dispersion patterns from a GSPro range session transfer straight outdoors.

What it cannot tell you is how you score. Lies, recovery, course management and putting under pressure live in your tracked rounds, not in a range session, and AVA reads those from your tracker or your handicap history rather than pretending a bay can supply them.

AVA keeps the two apart on purpose. Practice sets your ceiling per club; rounds show what the club does on turf under pressure. The gap between them is one of the most useful numbers in your profile.

Gapping is the thing to fix before spring

The single most valuable use of a sim bay is not swing work. It is bag work: finding out what each club actually carries, in volume, with no wind and no guessing.

Look at the ladder in the sample session. Two clubs covering the same six yards, and a seventeen-yard hole beneath them with nothing in it. That is a loft-and-lie appointment or a set change, and it costs you strokes on the course every single round until you deal with it.

It takes one focused range session to find and one bench visit to fix, and it is the sort of thing that never shows up outdoors because outdoors you just take a bit more club and hope.

GSPro questions, answered

Does AVA connect to GSPro directly?

No. AVA reads the CSV you export from a range session rather than sitting between GSPro and your monitor. Nothing about your sim setup, your courses or your GSPro account changes.

Can I upload a GSPro sim round?

Not yet. AVA reads GSPro range sessions today; course play in GSPro is not supported, and this page does not claim otherwise. If you want it, tell us and it goes on the list.

Do I need to export from GSPro or from my launch monitor?

Either works. GSPro range-session exports carry the shot rows AVA reads; if your launch monitor's own export has more parameters, send that one instead. AVA reads the file, not the brand.

Will indoor numbers distort my on-course data?

No. Practice and play are scored separately and then compared, because the gap between them is one of the most useful things in your profile. Indoor carry never silently overwrites a course yardage.

Which launch monitors work with this?

Any monitor that exports shot rows: Trackman, Foresight, Bushnell, SkyTrak, Rapsodo, FlightScope, Full Swing and more. AVA reads the file, not the brand.

Can I upload a whole winter at once?

Yes, and it is the fastest way to a useful profile. A winter of range sessions gives AVA enough volume to separate a real pattern from a bad night.

Who sees my GSPro data?

You do. Nothing is shared with a coach, a club or anyone else unless you send them a link, and you can export or delete everything whenever you want.
